Meet Our Team

Jerome McLaughlin - President, CEO

As Founder and CEO, Jerome is responsible for McLaughlin Electric’s overall operation, strategy, and execution plan. Since the company’s grassroots establishment in 2018, Jerome has continuously doubled the growth of the company. Jerome’s role is required that he work intimately with clients to effectively communicate project work, quality, logistics, and safety plans.

Jerome brings nearly 12 years of Electrical Construction and Business management experience to the company. He started his education at Abilene Christian University, in west Texas with a Bachelor’s in Business Management and is a graduate of the Independent Electrical Contractor (IEC) Apprenticeship program. Jerome held multiple corporate positions prior to founding McLaughlin Electric.
